Meeting Your Needs
We will provide a home for you that is well maintained, comfortable and secure by ensuring that sufficient investment is made in the fabric and fittings of our home.
We will provide you with a nourishing diet that is interesting and takes into account your personal preferences by carefully planning our menus and purchasing quality fresh produce from local providers.
We will provide you with a care plan specifically designed to meet your needs by consulting and reviewing it with you.
We will help to stimulate you through a variety of resources and activities by providing various services and links with other community based groups.
For your good health we will maintain positive links with the local Primary Care Teams, dentists, opticians and with other complementary practitioners.
Prescribed medication is delivered to the home by Boots, using their Monitored Dosage System (MDS). Specially trained senior care staff then administer medication, following strict procedures that are monitored by Boots and The Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
We will try to offer emotional support by providing carers with the appropriate training who are able to respond appropriately and by making sure that we are sensitive to your aspirations when we design your care plan.
We will encourage you to invite friends, family and other guests to visit you and will ensure that they feel welcome. Your spiritual needs may be met by our regular services held at the home.
